Step 1: Aligning management on strategy


Empact works with the client to clarify the high-level mission, vision, values and strategic guidelines. We then translate them into clear, coherent strategies on all operational levels. We define a desired result for each area, perform gap analyses and design a communication approach.

It is essential to carefully assess the transformative capacity of the organisation, both in terms of capacity (time) and capability (experiences, openness towards change). What the client's organization may lack, we can provide. We will determine the optimal balance between internal and external capacities.

While we are respectful of the unwritten rules of the organisation, we will work to identify and remove the root causes of undesirable situations that hinder transformation need.

Step 2: Translation into actionable steps


We then translate strategy into one or more project plans and a transformation roadmap setting content, capacity and commitment objectives. Transformation performance indicators (TPIs) are defined in line with the company's overall KPIs.
For each project, we determine internal and external capacities, time investments and roles and responsibilities. We also formulate a detailed communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed and motivated (in line with their driving forces).

Step 3: Managing Transformation


The transformation cycle is followed up. We manage content, capacity and commitment.

 

Step 4: Boosting Results


We evaluate the results of the transformation cycle on both the project and the global levels. These results are compared with the overall strategic objectives. Finally, we define the actions and prerequisites for the next transformation cycle.
